CANCELLATION POLICY:

As a courtesy to other spa guests and the spa’s therapist, we request that all guests give us a 24-hour cancellation notice. If less than the cancellation time/hour is given, full-service price for the treatment will be billed. No-shows will result in full-service price of the treatment being billed thirty minutes passed scheduled treatment time. A credit card number is required at the time appointment is booked.



GRATUITIES:
Gratuities are not included in the services and are entirely up to our guest’s discretion. Recommended standard gratuity for satisfactory service is 18-20%.



SPA POLICIES:

Services which are listed with a * symbol are considered heat treatments and are not recommended for guests who have heart conditions, heat sensitivity or who are pregnant. Please advise your spa agent of any health concerns or questions regarding which treatments are best for you.

Also, before booking your treatments, please notify our spa reservation agent if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.

Your satisfaction and enjoyment is our primary concern. In consideration of other guests we ask that all cell phones be turned off while at the spa. We also recommend not wearing jewelry during your visit with us.



AGE POLICY:

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent. No children are allowed in spa unless receiving a service.
